But, it is a winter cover and we have used i...Yep. But, it is a winter cover and we have used it all year round for the past 10 years. And, it is supposed to sit on top of the water for support. Since the liner broke (and the pump and filter are shot as well) we didn't add water. So, nothing bad about the cover, it just got overworked.
