Well, I'm still trying to figure out how to put the small successes button on here. But, at least I know how to link it back to Faith and Family's Small Successes blog post.
My small successes this week?
1. Cleaned both bathrooms and washed the floors too.
2. Scrubbed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees.
3. Cut up a watermelon (not normally lack of skill - normally lack of time)
4. Entered 2 weeks worth of receipts into Quicken.
5. Washed and hung (before they wrinkled) about 12 shirts.
6. Let the kids play in the water (and create more laundry) twice!
7. Allowed, and drove, my younger girls to go play at someone else's house just before dinner time (one day) and nap time (the other day).
These are actually big successes for me. In a normal week I might be struggling to get even one of those things done. This is weird. But that's OK. I just won't set myself up for failure next week by expecting to get as much done.
