That's always been the question since we bought this house 10 years ago. We keep going back and forth. It's a big decision.
Maybe God was thinking, "I keep trying to make the answer clear...but you just aren't getting it.....does this help!"
As you can see, the safety cover and the liner are both shot.

I would get a new liner and pool cover so I could enjoy that pool during the summer. I will cry if that ever happens to my pool liner or cover. Did the snow do that?
Yep. But, it is a winter cover and we have used it all year round for the past 10 years. And, it is supposed to sit on top of the water for support. Since the liner broke (and the pump and filter are shot as well) we didn't add water. So, nothing bad about the cover, it just got overworked. That big snowstorm we had dropped a lot of really wet fun snow on it!
I'd keep the pool and invite your sister over weekly for a pool party:)
hmmm...I'll have to keep that one under consideration :)
If we keep it we might get more company :)
